Year 7 Art students visited the oasis that is Kew Gardens this week to gather primary research to support a unit of study on tropics and native animals.

They explored tropical environments and enjoyed the atmosphere in the Palm House and tropics area. After taking photos and drawings they studied the current artist in residence; Daniel Mackie who explores creating artistic animals and their habitat.
