Jess is crowned winner of the 'Round the world challenge'

Posted on: 20th May

Huge congratulations to Jess who is the school’s individual winner of the recent ‘Around the World Challenge.’  The challenge, which was organised by the West Berkshire School Support Network, ran in February and March during lockdown PE lessons and in students' free time where they were encouraged to walk, cycle or run and then submit their weekly number of miles.

Jess completed an incredible 243 miles walking, cycling and horse riding over the five week challenge.

Our Year 7s were the winners of the year group challenge, with Chiltern 1st and Beechwood 2nd in the House event. Jess is pictured with Head of PE, Mrs Miller-Cook.
