The Colour Run 2025!

At the end of the first summer term, students at The Downs School enjoyed a very bright and colourful afternoon taking part in the annual Colour Run on the school field.

Students made their way around the course while being covered in dry paint by teaching and associate staff, who were more than happy to get involved! It was a great afternoon, with plenty of laughter and a real sense of community throughout the event.

The Colour Run is always a popular highlight in the school calendar, offering students the chance to take part in something fun and active together.

A very big thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, all proceeds go straight back into fundraising for the school. Your support makes a real difference.

We couldn't do without our parent support who helped us on the day; thank you for sorting the wristbands, powder and snacks! 

Well done to everyone who took part it was a great way to end the half term!
