Piano Recital                   Thurs 15th Jan

Thursday evening saw another electric piano recital, showcasing an impressive range of talent from our youngest beginners right through to intermediate players, GCSE musicians and advanced A level pupils.

The recital continues to grow in both confidence and calibre each term, and it has been a joy to watch pupils develop their technique, musicality and stage presence. The audience was larger than ever, a clear sign of just how much these evenings are now valued. At this rate, we may need to invest in more chairs next time.

The programme offered a wonderfully varied mix of styles and moods. Highlights included dramatic film music, gentle lyrical pieces and moments of real flair and confidence at the keyboard. 

Congratulations to all of you and we look forward to hearing you more in the future.
